  The much anticipated “Detective CONAN cafe” opens again this year!
  
  In 2016 Detective Conan marks its 20th year on televisions and cinema screens. Before the release of the twentieth movie, Detective Conan: The Pure Black Nightmare, on April 16th, the “Detective CONAN cafe”, which served more than 150,000 fans last year, will open again in locations all across Japan.
  Sporting a new menu filled with Conan creator Gosho Aoyama’s personal recommendations, with highlights including “Special scallop vongole pasta from Beika Aquarium”, named after the place of memories for Shinichi and Ran, Genta’s favorite “Special Unaju”, and “Homemade egg congee” that Ran made for Haibara. Also available are “Hiroshi Agasa’s yakisoba buns”, fast food which appear in the story, Ramen Ogura’s “Enma Daio Ramen” which Conan and Kogoro think is to die for and many more delicious dishes. For desserts, éclairs in the image of the “APTX4869” will be served for the first time! Other exclusive items include “Haibara’s Handmade Cheesecake”, “Tropical Strawberry Parfait vs. Gorgeous Strawberry Chiffon Cake” from Which Sweets Show. For souvenirs, the chocolate seen in the illustration of Ran and Conan and the chocolate Sonoko made for Makoto Kyogoku will be ready.
  Not forgetting the classics, “Café Poirot’s Spaghetti Neapolitan”, “Café Columbo’s Special Meat Sauce Pasta”, “Danny’s Special Chicken Curry with Haibara & Ayumi’s Black Curry with Voluminous Retro Omelet with Rice” and Shinichi’s favorite handmade lemon pie all return this year after popular demand.

  All the best CONAN cafe goods from last year will be available at “CONAN cafe official shops” found within every venue. When you make a purchase, the goods will be handed to you in a “limited edition CONAN cafe shopper”.
  Also featured this time will be a number of limited edition items inspired by London, home of Sherlock Holmes, whom Detective Conan is deeply connected to. Moreover, following the success of “APTX4869” series pill cases last year, new items will be introduced, including an 8GB USB charm, phone cases, tote bags and many more stylish everyday goods.
